Recommended Image Sizes
Image requirements:
File formats: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, or PSD.
Resolution: 150 DPI (dots per inch) recommended for the best print quality.
Image size recommendations:
For best results, upload images that are at least 3,000 × 3,000 pixels. Larger rug sizes benefit from higher-resolution images. If your image quality isn't suitable for your selected size, we'll contact you before production.

Care Instructions
- Vacuum gently using a low-power setting.
- Spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

Delivery & Returns
Time
Expected delivery time is 3-5 working days within the United Kingdom and 6–8 working days internationally.
Each rug is made to order and carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality. Orders are typically manufactured and processed within 24 hours, and no later than 2 working days.
Occasionally, rugs may be gently folded for shipping to ensure safe delivery. This can result in very light, temporary creasing, and our rugs are designed to naturally ease out and smooth flat within a very short period of time.
Returns
Every rug is crafted to order, so we stand behind the quality. If anything arrives less than perfect, our returns process is straightforward - we will replace it at no cost to you and you will not be asked to send anything back.
