Marketing communications
We send marketing emails to customers who have opted in to receive them. We use Shopify Email and Klaviyo to manage and send these communications.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional communications such as order confirmations and shipping updates.
How long we keep information
Customer account details such as name, email, and address are kept for 2 years after last activity. Order and purchase history is kept for 6 years. Marketing preferences and consent records are kept until withdrawn. Customer service queries, complaints, and claims are kept for 1 to 3 years. Cookies, IP addresses, and website analytics are kept for up to 13 months.
Who we share information with
We share your personal information with the following third party processors:
Shopify (ecommerce platform, UK and international): we use Shopify to host our store and manage orders. Shopify stores the personal information you provide when creating an account or placing an order, including your name, contact details, and order information.
Stripe (payment processor, UK and EU): we use Stripe to process payments securely. Stripe handles your card and payment information at checkout and processes refunds where necessary.
PayPal (payment processor, international): we use PayPal to process payments made via PayPal. PayPal manages your payment information and handles any disputes or refunds if required.
Klaviyo (email marketing platform, international): we use Klaviyo to manage our marketing email list and send marketing communications to customers who have opted in.
Print-on-demand fulfilment suppliers (UK, EU, and international): our fulfilment suppliers produce and ship your orders. They receive your name, address, and order details solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and do not use your information for any other purpose.
We also share personal information with organisations we are legally obliged to share it with where required by law.
Sharing information outside the UK
Where necessary, we transfer personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, we comply with the UK GDPR and ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including the use of Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.
