We are Inner Space Studios ("we", "us", or "our").

We operate the website https://www.innerspacestudio.co.uk (the "Site") as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Services").

Inner Space Studios operates as an online UK store offering personalised and customisable products, as well as ready-made designs from independent artists available for direct purchase. Customers can design or personalise items before purchase, and delivery is available throughout the United Kingdom and internationally.

These legal terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Inner Space Studios concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website and will become effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the Services after an update, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

1. Our Services

Those who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained within (the "Marks").

Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws in the United Kingdom and internationally.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services and download or print content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

No part of the Services, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, transmitted, distributed, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission. Any breach of these intellectual property rights will constitute a material breach of these terms and your right to use the Services will terminate immediately.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is true, accurate, and complete; that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms; that you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; that you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means; and that your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Services.

4. User Registration

You may be required to register to use certain parts of the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account. We reserve the right to remove or change a username if we determine it is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Products

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, features, and specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that your electronic display will accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are subject to change.

6. Purchases and Payment

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and account information for all orders. Payments are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even if payment has already been requested or received.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, or orders that exceed reasonable quantity limits.

7. Discount Codes and Promotions

From time to time we may offer discount codes and promotional offers. The following terms apply to all discount codes issued by Inner Space Studios:

Discount codes are issued at our sole discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice. Each code may only be used once per customer. Only one discount code may be applied per order and codes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed. Codes have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold. We reserve the right to cancel any order where a code has been misused or applied fraudulently.

Specific terms relating to individual promotions will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

8. Returns and Refunds

Please review our full Returns and Refunds Policy before placing your order. All products are made to order, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@innerspacestudio.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or, where that is not possible, a full refund. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Order Cancellations

As all products are made to order, we are only able to accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, production will have begun and we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@innerspacestudio.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number, email address, and total order value. We will confirm whether your cancellation has been accepted.

Once an order has been cancelled successfully, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you need to make a change, you will need to cancel your order within the 24 hour window and place a new one.

10. Customisable Products

Customers may personalise certain products by selecting options or uploading their own images and artwork. By placing an order for a customised product, you acknowledge that all personalisation requests must comply with applicable laws and must not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or image rights.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing content that is unlawful, offensive, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate, at our sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued where an order is cancelled on these grounds.

11. Customer-Uploaded Content

When you submit images or artwork for use on a personalised product, you confirm that you own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it. By submitting content, you grant Inner Space Studios a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and print your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We are not responsible for verifying third-party ownership rights and accept no liability for any infringement arising from content you have submitted.

12. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than that for which they are made available. As a user, you agree not to systematically retrieve data from the Services without written permission; trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users; circumvent or interfere with security features of the Services; upload or transmit viruses or other harmful material; use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person; make improper use of our support services; or engage in any automated use of the Services such as using scripts to send messages or comments.

13. User Generated Contributions

The Services may allow you to submit content including text, photographs, graphics, and comments ("Contributions"). Any Contributions you submit may be viewable by other users. When submitting Contributions, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content, that it does not infringe any third-party rights, and that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

14. Contribution Licence

By posting Contributions to the Services, you grant Inner Space Studios an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, and reformat such Contributions for any purpose. You retain full ownership of your Contributions and any associated intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to edit, remove, or re-categorise any Contributions at any time.

15. Guidelines for Reviews

Where we provide the ability to leave reviews or ratings, you agree that your reviews will be based on genuine first-hand experience, will not contain offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language, will not reference illegal activity, and will not contain false or misleading statements. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion.

16. Third-Party Websites and Content

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not investigate, monitor, or endorse third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. If you choose to leave the Services and access a third-party website, you do so at your own risk and these terms no longer apply. Any purchases made through third-party websites are exclusively between you and that third party.

We reserve the right to monitor the Services for violations of these terms; take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these terms or applicable law; restrict, suspend, or remove access to any content or user at our discretion; and manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.

If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law in your country of residence. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, which means you may also bring a claim in the EU country in which you reside.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for consumers in the EU.

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use of them. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the Services' content and accept no liability for errors, interruptions, unauthorised access, or any loss or damage arising from your use of the Services.

25. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Inner Space Studios be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever will not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

26. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Inner Space Studios harmless from any loss, damage, liability, or claim arising from your use of the Services, your Contributions, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

29. International Shipping and Production

We offer delivery to the United Kingdom and internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply in their country. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or production schedules.

Not all products are produced in the United Kingdom. Some items may be manufactured or fulfilled by our trusted suppliers located outside the UK. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your product may be produced overseas.
