Returns Policy

Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully before placing your order.

All products are made to order

Every product in our store is made to order, meaning it is produced specifically for you at the time of purchase. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than a fault or error on our part. We encourage you to review your order carefully, including size, design, and any customisation details, before completing your purchase.

For fully customised products where you have uploaded your own image or artwork, this applies without exception, as these items are uniquely created for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a print error, or damage sustained during delivery, we will put it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@innerspacestudio.co.uk with the following: your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the fault or damage. Where relevant, please also include photos of the packaging.

Once we have reviewed your claim, we will arrange a free replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund. You will not be asked to return the original item.

What we cannot accept claims for

We are unable to process claims for errors in the order submitted by the customer, such as incorrect size or customisation details. We also cannot accept claims for minor colour variations between screen and print, as these can occur due to differences in monitor calibration, or for damage and wear caused after delivery including misuse, improper cleaning, or general wear and tear.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you receive a faulty item, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. For UK and EU consumers, you may also have additional rights under applicable local laws.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
