Shipping policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Shipping times

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom takes 3-5 working days. International standard delivery takes 6-8 working days. Free delivery is available on all orders over £30, for both UK and international orders. Orders under £30 are charged a flat rate of £3.99.

Please note that shipping times do not include processing time. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours, and no later than 2 working days.

In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. This does not affect your rights as a consumer, and the same delivery timeframes and guarantees apply.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. All orders include tracking, so you can monitor your delivery at any time. If you have not received your tracking details within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@innerspacestudio.co.uk.

Are there other shipping restrictions?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

Some larger items, including rugs, may be folded during shipping rather than rolled. This helps us comply with courier size restrictions and keep shipping costs reasonable. As a result, temporary creases or fold lines may be visible on arrival. These are not defects and will naturally flatten once the rug is laid flat for several days.

We may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries. You may also be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

What happens if my order is delayed?

We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated production and shipping times. However, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volumes during peak periods or promotions, courier delays, customs processing for international orders, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather events or strikes.

If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email and provide an updated delivery date. You may be entitled to request a replacement or a full refund if your order does not arrive within 14 days of the expected delivery date, in line with UK/EU consumer law.

What happens if my parcel is lost?

If your order has not arrived within 14 working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at hello@innerspacestudio.co.uk so we can open an investigation with the courier. We will aim to resolve the matter within 5 working days and will offer a replacement or full refund where the parcel is confirmed lost.

Why is my order split into several parcels?

To ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible, we may ship products separately as they become ready. Occasionally, rugs are shipped separately for logistical reasons such as differences in size, weight, or warehouse location.

Check your shipping confirmation emails to see if your order was split into multiple shipments, as you may have received separate tracking numbers for each package.

What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@innerspacestudio.co.uk. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund and you will not be asked to return the original item. This does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
